Har Gow are famous around the world, and for good reason. These delicate morsels from the Guangdong province of Southern China are a staple in nearly every yum cha place in the world. Through impeccable sourcing of ingredients & making them from scratch, by hand, we hope we have raised the bar for you.
These can be steamed in a bamboo steamer (not supplied) or fried in a pan.
